exposes Dalager’s $100,000.00 undisclosed loan!

Mayor Dalager gets $100,000.00 loan from resident, fails to disclose loan as required by the California Fair Political Practices Commission, and later is the only council person to vote in favor of residents position. Had Dalager prevailed the City would have lost $225,000.00 in fees.
